Rippling is looking for a Post-Sales Solution Architect to support our largest and most strategic customers after they’ve purchased the platform.
In this role, you will serve as the technical owner of the customer relationship post-sale, ensuring customers successfully implement by scaling, and evolving their use of Rippling over time. You will work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to design system architectures, guide integrations, and ensure customers realize long-term value from the platform.
A key part of this role is continuously reinforcing Rippling as the platform of choice—engaging new and existing stakeholders, aligning the platform to evolving business needs, and identifying opportunities to expand Rippling’s footprint within each customer.
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering, and is critical to driving retention, adoption, and expansion within enterprise accounts.

This role partners closely with Strategic Account Managers and Customer Experience teams. You will inherit accounts from Pre-Sales Solution Architects at the point of close and own technical success thereafter.
