About the opportunity

Sagent is seeking a Production Implementation Manager for our LoanServ product. You will join our top notch development team committed to satisfying our customer's current and future needs by supporting LoanServ, our system of loan record keeping. Sagent's platforms are used by some of the biggest bank and non-bank mortgage servicers in the United States. As a Production Implementation Manager, leading both onshore and offshore teams, you will be using modern technologies, tools and frameworks to deploy our client's implementations. Our team will provide you with the best tools, resources and compensation to get the job done…and enjoy every minute of it.

Your Day-to-Day at Sagent: (Add what it looks like) 

• Create and maintain Architectural components that will be used with the LoanServ application 
• Document and communicate standards and processes as needed 
• Determine means to troubleshoot and resolve software and deployment issues 
• Work with others to fine tune application performance 
• Responsible for handling critical issues in the system  

We'd love to hear from you if you have: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent in work experience 
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in fast-paced software industry, preferably in the Mortgage or Financial Services Industries   
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in service or origination products. LoanServ system  (Preferred) 
• Understanding and experience in development methodologies (research, design, coding, testing, debugging) 
• Comfortable speaking with clients to assist with business needs 
• Strong team player with the ability to lead onshore and offshore teams, yet able to work with minimum supervision 
• Experience with Scripting, XML, JSON and other web service protocols – Preferred 
• JAVA, JavaScript and/or C# knowledge is a plus 
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint are preferred
