Leveraging your experience with Power Applications, SharePoint, and Power BI, you will partner closely with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and leadership to streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and enhance the security posture of our digital workplace. This salaried, full-time role requires a strong understanding of modern Microsoft 365 capabilities as well as a commitment to security-by-design principles in every solution you deliver.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows that support Cybersecurity processes and initiatives.
  • Build and customize Power Apps solutions to digitize and automate cybersecurity-related workflows, requests, and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to integrate systems, automate routine tasks, and ensure secure data movement between platforms.
  • Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into security metrics, incident trends, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver secure, user-friendly solutions.
  • Implement and enforce security, permission models, and governance standards across SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and usability of existing SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI solutions through continuous enhancement and refactoring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
  • Document solution designs, configurations, data flows, and standard operating procedures for ongoing support and compliance needs.
  • Stay current on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and cybersecurity best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Support change management activities, including user training, demonstrations, and communication of new or updated solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions align with organizational security policies, compliance requirements, and data protection standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a SharePoint Developer or in a closely related Microsoft 365 development role.
  • Proven hands-on experience designing and developing solutions with SharePoint Online (or SharePoint 2016+), including site architecture, lists, libraries, and permissions.
  • Strong experience with Power Applications (Power Apps), including building canvas and/or model-driven apps that integrate with SharePoint and other data sources.
  • Practical experience with Power Automate for workflow automation, system integration, and process orchestration.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and secure data access.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as access control, least-privilege principles, data classification, and secure configuration of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into effective, secure technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools and services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD) and their integration with SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies relevant to SharePoint customization (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON) and modern SharePoint frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience implementing and managing SharePoint permissions, governance policies, and content lifecycle management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
