Shipping, Receiving, & Delivery Associate

About the Role: 

The Shipping & Receiving Driver is responsible for the safe, timely movement of materials and orders in and out of our warehouse. This role operates the company truck for daily pickups and deliveries, receives and organizes incoming goods, and prepares outgoing B2C shipments with accuracy and care. It is a hands-on warehouse and driving hybrid role essential to maintaining smooth, efficient logistics operations for our fragrance and beauty products.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Driving & Transportation

• Safely operate the company truck for daily scheduled deliveries and pickups.
• Follow all traffic laws, DOT requirements (where applicable), and company safety procedures.
• Load and unload the truck using proper lifting techniques and material-handling equipment.

Receiving & Inbound Operations

• Receive incoming shipments; verify counts, condition, and accuracy against documentation.
• Provide completed receiving paperwork to the receiving clerk.
• Document and report any shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods.
• Move received materials to designated locations and ensure proper organization.

Shipping & Outbound Operations

• Pick, pack, and prepare B2C orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ship outgoing orders with correct documentation, labels, and required signatures.
• Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments and ensure all orders meet service and quality standards.
• Support timely order flow to help meet daily shipping cutoffs.

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counting, and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in all warehouse areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training/certification provided if needed).
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed during peak periods or special projects.

What You’ll Need to Have

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving light- to medium-duty trucks preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Basic computer skills; experience with shipping 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse environment.
