About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to help scale SmartSuite’s go-to-market engine through growth programs, marketing operations, events, social media, and performance insights.


This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves building scalable marketing programs, improving systems, and turning ideas into measurable pipeline. You’ll work across campaigns, events, digital channels, and reporting to help SmartSuite reach the right audiences, create meaningful engagement, and convert demand into revenue.


You’ll partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Product Marketing to bring growth initiatives to life, strengthen our market presence, and continuously improve how we plan, execute, measure, and scale our go-to-market efforts.


How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Own / Drive growth programs that create measurable pipeline, improve campaign execution, and support revenue goals
  • Partner / Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align marketing initiatives with go-to-market priorities
  • Plan / Coordinate webinars, field events, trade shows, partner events, and customer-facing programs, including logistics, promotion, follow-up, and performance reporting
  • Build / Optimize workflows, automation, and reporting across CRM, marketing automation, event, social, and analytics tools
  • Analyze / Measure campaign, event, social, and funnel performance to uncover insights, improve conversion, and guide future investment
  • Develop / Improve lead capture, routing, enrichment, nurturing, and follow-up processes that improve speed-to-lead and pipeline quality
  • Support / Execute social media planning, scheduling, publishing, content amplification, and performance tracking across key channels
  • Identify / Solve operational bottlenecks and support growth experiments that improve speed, quality, and scalability across marketing programs


What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or a similar B2B SaaS role
  • Experience building and scaling marketing programs that influence pipeline, revenue, audience engagement, or brand visibility
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, analytics, event, and social media tools
  • Hands-on experience with lead lifecycle processes, attribution, campaign execution, and funnel reporting
  • Experience planning or supporting webinars, field events, trade shows, partner events, or customer-facing programs
  • Experience supporting B2B social media execution, including scheduling, coordination, tracking, amplification, and engagement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, stakeholders, and priorities
  • Ability to turn data into clear insights, recommendations, and action
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
