About the role

We’re looking for a Lead Media Buyer to own and drive paid media strategy across TikTok Shop and DTC brands. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible not only for campaign performance, but also for setting strategy, leading execution standards, and mentoring junior buyers.

You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, strategists, and leadership to scale client accounts profitably while building repeatable systems for growth.


What You’ll Own

  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy across TikTok and other paid social channels (Meta, etc.)
  • Lead campaign planning, structure, and execution across multiple DTC client accounts
  • Set performance targets (CPA, ROAS, MER) and ensure consistent achievement or improvement
  • Scale accounts aggressively while maintaining efficiency and profitability
  • Analyze TikTok Shop performance, attribution, and full-funnel metrics to inform strategy
  • Lead testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
  • Partner closely with creative strategists to guide high-performing ad concepts and iteration cycles
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively present strategic recommendations to clients
  • Build and refine internal playbooks, processes, and best practices for media buying
  • Troubleshoot performance issues quickly and implement solutions at scale

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and support junior media buyers, providing feedback and guidance on campaign management
  • Review account performance and ensure high standards across all managed accounts
  • Help train new hires on platform best practices, tools, and internal processes
  • Contribute to building a high-performance, data-driven media buying team

What you Have

  • 4–6+ years of experience in paid media buying, with strong TikTok expertise
  • Proven track record scaling DTC brands with significant monthly ad spend
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Shop, and performance metrics
  • Strong grasp of attribution (platform vs. blended ROAS, MER, incrementality)
  • Experience leading strategy across multiple accounts or brands
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to clients or stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-heavy environment
