Responsibilities
Qualifications
We are seeking a dynamic leader who combines the heart of an educator, the vision of an entrepreneur, and the organizational skills of a business executive.
The ideal candidate loves working with children but understands that leading a successful camp requires much more than running activities. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, builds strong relationships with families and staff, and can manage both the big picture and the smallest details.
They are equally comfortable creating a budget, handling a parent concern, leading a staff training, managing a crisis, planning a field trip, analyzing enrollment numbers, and inspiring a team of 80+ seasonal employees.
Most importantly, they believe that every child deserves a safe, fun, memorable summer experience and are committed to creating a culture where campers, families, and staff can thrive.
