The Role

As an Associate on our Paid Media team, you'll get hands-on exposure to the full engine behind paid social and e-commerce growth — from media buying to creative strategy to the tactical execution and reporting that keeps campaigns performing. This is a launchpad role for someone hungry to learn the business of performance marketing from the ground up, working alongside and supporting our senior Growth Strategists, with mentorship along the way.

What You'll Do

Media Buying & Reporting Support

  • Support the setup and organization of paid media campaigns (paid search and paid social) under the guidance of your team
  • Assist with basic tactical execution and campaign audits, including keyword and audience research, ad copy support, and account organization
  • Help track and report on campaign results to your team at set cadences (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Pull data from in-platform tools, spreadsheets, and BI dashboards to support reporting and performance insights
  • Review campaign performance regularly alongside your team, helping spot opportunities for optimization
  • Support Growth Strategists with ad operations tasks, including maintaining planning templates and troubleshooting delivery issues

Creative Strategy 

  • Source new formats monthly that align with your clients’ specific verticals 
  • Recommend messaging/copy that should be tested to help clients’ find new audiences and personas to reach 

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate or early in your marketing career (up to 2 years experience), with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • A strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and creator-driven content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), as well as curiosity about the data side of paid media
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong researcher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-moving agency environment
  • Strong desire to learn creative strategy alongside paid social metrics, campaign execution, and CRO fundamentals
  • Comfortable analyzing data and pulling out insights, even without prior formal experience doing so
  • A love of learning with the humility that comes with it
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities with a disciplined approach
  • Self-starter who is hungry to research how to do new things independently  
  • Bonus: experience with platforms like Insense, Meta Ads Manager, or similar advertising/UGC platforms (not required, but a plus!)

This is a full-time, fully remote role. Salary range: $55,000–$64,000.
