Position Summary

• We are seeking a dependable, skilled Handyman with experience in residential painting, drywall repair, and exterior home maintenance. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining a professional attitude with homeowners and team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, patch, sand, and finish drywall for repairs and new installations.
• Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finish coats.
• Match textures and paint colors for seamless repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged drywall, trim, and baseboards.
• Install, repair, and replace vinyl, wood, and fiber cement siding.
• Perform exterior home repairs, including soffit, fascia, trim, and minor carpentry work.
• Caulk, seal, and weatherproof exterior surfaces.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Assist with additional residential maintenance and repair projects as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handyman services, painting, drywall, or residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation, finishing, and texture matching.
• Experience with interior and exterior painting techniques.
• Experience installing or repairing residential siding is preferred.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on ladders and scaffolding.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with trim installation and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of exterior home repairs and maintenance.
• Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service.
