You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with sales and customer success to make sure what we're building in marketing actually moves the business forward.
Running paid media across our market segments
Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn. Day-to-day campaign management, audience testing, creative briefing, budget pacing, and weekly optimisation. You watch the numbers daily and you act on what they tell you - without waiting to be told.
Building and owning marketing automation
HubSpot is your home base. You'll build workflows, email sequences, lead scoring, and enrichment pipelines that make the sales team's life easier and capture demand faster. You love a well-built workflow almost as much as a well-performing ad.
Running experiments and growth initiatives
Warm outbound, CRO on landing pages, new channel tests. You treat marketing like a system - find the constraint, design the test, measure the result, iterate. Repeat forever.
Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Clay, PostHog, Webflow, Linear. You don't need to know all of them - but you need to be the kind of person who picks up a new tool on a Tuesday and is dangerous with it by Thursday.
