Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Purchasing Assistant to support our retail purchasing operations. This role focuses on managing purchasing tasks for categories such as trendy toys, snacks, and beauty products. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, highly organized, and capable of communicating effectively in both English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the purchasing team in sourcing and ordering snacks and grocery retail products.

2. Analyze sales and inventory data to identify product trends and replenishment needs.

3. Create and maintain data reports to assist in purchasing decisions and inventory planning.

4. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

5. Track order status, follow up on delays, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data sorting, VLOOKUP, etc.).

2. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Fluent in both English and Chinese.

5. Prior experience in purchasing, data analysis, forecasting, or inventory planning is preferred.

Pay and Compensation:

• $25 Per Hour + Quarterly Performance Bonus
