As a Recruitment Specialist at Tive, you will play a vital role in providing support to our recruitment team and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will assist with various tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, helping to streamline operations and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish.


Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Experience with application tracking systems (ATS), preferably Rippling.

  • A self-starter mentality who is proactive in identifying opportunities and/or gaps and taking ownership to drive solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and maintaining a high level of professionalism.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to fill out open positions.

  • Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a combination of sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Conducting interview screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Coordinating interviews and managing the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection.

  • Assisting with reference checks and background screenings as needed.

  • Generating reports and maintaining recruitment-related data for analysis and reporting purposes.

  • Serving as a point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely and professional assistance throughout the recruitment process.

  • Assisting with various onboarding tasks for new hires.

  • Staying informed about recruitment best practices and industry trends, seeking opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
