We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Knowledge Manager / Content Strategist to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing our organization's knowledge management practices and ensuring that our knowledge base is not only comprehensive but also effectively utilized across departments. The Knowledge Manager will be instrumental in fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, improving our content strategy, and supporting our sales and service teams through efficient information management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Management: Sort, tag, and compile information to maintain an organized and accessible knowledge base (KB).

  • Content Maintenance: Regularly upload, review, and update content in the KB to ensure it remains relevant and useful.

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by managing the RFI/P (Request for Information/Proposal) process, providing them with timely and accurate information.

  • Strategy Development: In consultation with the Enablement Manager, define and implement a knowledge management strategy that ensures high-quality, current, and searchable content tailored to various skill levels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, change management teams, service teams, trainers, curriculum developers, and subject matter experts to support the development of new products, features, and services.

  • Analytics and Impact: Utilize analytics tools to assess the business impact of knowledge content, track usage, and optimize for efficiency.

  • Leadership: Mentor content authors from various departments, establishing best practices and encouraging continuous improvement.

  • Guideline Establishment: Create and enforce writing and content guidelines based on KB best practices to maintain excellence in content creation and management.

  • Culture Promotion: Advocate for a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments and teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information.

  • Knowledge Assurance: Ensure employees understand and engage with knowledge management processes and principles, aligning them with business activities.

  • New Knowledge Capture: Utilize a knowledge management system to capture and disseminate new insights and information effectively.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze engagement, project outcomes, and other metrics to monitor progress and learning processes.

  • Training and Support: Provide training, coaching, and support to promote a strong knowledge management culture within the organization.

  • From time to time, you may also be required to contribute to other projects in the learning and knowledge team.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in project management.

  • Experience with content and knowledge management systems.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership in content and information architecture strategy across an organization.

  • Ability to work closely with key stakeholders to align content strategy with organizational goals.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and their application in evaluating business impact and content efficiency.
