About The Role-

  • The Dusk Server is responsible for creating an elevated and engaging guest experience throughout Dusk Bar and its patio spaces. This role combines attentive hospitality, strong food and beverage knowledge, and efficient service in a fast-paced cocktail and lounge environment. We are looking for someone who is energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do-

  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests throughout the bar and patio areas
  • Guide guests through food, cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits offerings
  • Accurately enter orders and communicate effectively with bar and kitchen teams
  • Deliver food and beverages according to service and presentation standards
  • Maintain awareness of guest needs, pacing, and overall service flow
  • Assist with patio setup, breakdown, side work, and maintaining clean service areas
  • Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Follow all responsible beverage service guidelines and company policies

Qualifications-

  • Previous serving experience preferred (Ideally in a restaurant, cocktail bar, or lounge environment)
  • Strong hospitality and guest engagement skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications
