About the role

The Warehouse Assembler is responsible for assembling fan products and components, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing and distribution process. This role works closely with production and warehouse teams to prepare products for shipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What you'll do

  • Assemble fans and fans components.
  • Packaging and labeling of finished products to prepare for shipment.
  • Loading and unloading pallets.
  • Perform quality checks and maintain required documentation.
  • Process shipping/receiving paperwork.
  • Use barcode scanning for inventory movement and control.
  • Work to maintain inventory accuracy throughout the plant.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar environment strongly preferred
  • Scheduling experience a plus at reviewing and allocation of resources
  • ERP system a plus
  • Certification w/ forklift a plus
  • Dependability, reliability and strong work ethic a must
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly which requires trunk, leg and arm strength
