About the position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic HR team in Medellín, Colombia. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuous inflow and adequate sourcing of talent that meets our growing needs. As part of this role, you will support the management of the recruitment process, from posting jobs to finalizing candidate documentation.


Responsibilities:

  • Update job descriptions and job requisitions.
  • Post job openings on various employment portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Review resumes to screen for candidates who meet the required profile. 
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, the talent team, and respective department leaders. 
  • Forge partnerships with educational institutions and other organizations to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or technical degree in Human Resources, Administrative Assistant, or related field required.
  • At least 1 year experience as a Recruiter, with experience handling various sources of the recruitment process. 
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced PPT / Google slides and advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience working in multicultural and diverse environments.
