Implementation Manager

Vodori is in search of an experienced, self-directed, and passionate Implementation Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter who is comfortable being customer facing (including facilitating executive-level meetings) and looking to make an immediate impact. This individual must have strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  The Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring timely project delivery for new implementations, customer expansions, data migrations, and system integrations. They will manage internal dependencies, customer contingencies, and competing priorities to ensure customer satisfaction and drive early adoption of Vodori.


This position is on the Implementation team and reports to the Senior Manager, Global Implementation and Configuration. 


Are you the right candidate for Vodori?

You may be if you have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in professional service projects or process consulting engagements, ideally in consulting, SaaS implementation, business analysis, or product management.
  • Familiarity with business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and proficiency in project management.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize work with strong follow-through on task completion.
  • Direct client engagement experience with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to run and direct large meetings, juggling multiple stakeholders with competing interests and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the promotional content approval process or experience in regulated industries (preferred).
  • Experience with data cleaning, import, and migration (preferred); intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a bonus.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Zendesk, HubSpot, and GUIDEcx (preferred).


You must also be able to:

  • Manage all phases of product implementations, including:
    • Project planning
    • Requirements capture
    • Testing and delivery
    • Client communication
    • Launch support
    • Data migration and integration support and coordination
  • Understand complex business requirements and translate customer needs into configuration solutions while enforcing best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor with comprehensive product knowledge, aiming to understand client goals and pain points while advising on optimal product configurations.
  • Define and adhere to project schedules, managing competing priorities and mitigating risks.
  • Adhere to established internal processes and methodologies to consistently and efficiently onboard customers to Vodori
  • Proactively identify any potential blockers or gaps in customer implementations and escalate appropriately
