About the role:

  • Experience: 2–3 Years
  • Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll by validating payroll inputs and working closely with payroll vendors.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and documentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, invoices, renewals, and service coordination.
  • Oversee office administration, including facilities, travel, assets, office supplies, and employee support.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and HR process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Administration, or Generalist HR.
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and HR operations.
  • Experience with HRMS tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
