About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Quality Specialist to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring everything we ship works, feels right and meets the standards our users expect. You will work in an AI-first quality process where AI-assisted tools are central to how testing gets done. Beyond testing, you will lead release demos for stakeholders, walking them through what was developed, tested and shipped.

What you'll do

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Own end-to-end testing across all product features — functional, exploratory, and regression
• Use AI-assisted testing tools daily to generate test cases, detect regressions and find issues faster
• Participate in planning and requirements discussions to raise quality concerns before development starts
• Document bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, severity, and enough context for engineers to act quickly
• Work with engineers to verify fixes and confirm quality is met before release
• Build and maintain test checklists, regression docs, and quality standards for the team

Release Demos & Stakeholder Communication

• Lead release demos for stakeholders, walking them through what was developed, tested and shipped
• Prepare release summaries and feature walkthroughs for each delivery cycle
• Keep engineering and the wider organization connected through transparent, timely communication

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, product testing or a similar product-adjacent or client-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly
• Experience running release walkthroughs or leading stakeholder demos
• Strong QA instincts with a user-first mindset
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as Testim, Applitools or Playwright-based frameworks is a plus
• Background in a SaaS, startup, or product-led environment is a plus
• Familiarity with observability tools like Sentry or Datadog is a plus
