Zaden Technologies is a defense technology company based in Huntsville, Alabama. We build AI, DevSecOps and digital engineering products and put them to work for DoD customers.

Own the quality control plan for a Defense Health Agency infrastructure program and make sure what we deliver is what we promised.

You'll support a new Defense Health Agency program. This position is contingent upon contract award, and the start date will align with the program start.

What you'll do:

• Write and run the quality control plan, including cross-trained backups for single-person roles
• Inspect deliverables and service performance against the performance requirements summary
• Run corrective actions and root-cause reviews
• Prepare evidence for government quality surveillance

Must have:

• 5 or more years in quality assurance or quality control for IT services
• Experience building and running a quality control plan on a government contract
• Experience with corrective action and root-cause processes
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position

Nice to have:

• ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 20000 experience
• ITIL certification
• An active Secret clearance or higher

Location: Chantilly, Virginia (Washington, D.C. area) is preferred, on site at the test center. Remote from Huntsville, Alabama, or from anywhere in the continental U.S. also works, through government-approved virtual desktop access, with trips to Chantilly when the work needs them.

Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required for the investigation this role needs. Zaden's FSO verifies investigation status.

Pay range: $114,000 to $132,000 per year. Your location and experience set where you land in the range.
