Our expert guidance and software solutions simplify compliance, improve clinical quality, and streamline management of healthcare teams. This helps independent providers and healthcare organizations stay focused on their core competence: patient care.

We believe that a successful consumer product begins with a great experience for our users, and we are dedicated to building innovative tools and platforms that empower healthcare professionals and consumers alike, providing seamless access to resources, removing administrative burden, increasing compliance and insights that enhance health outcomes.

Who you are:

As our Clinical Marketplace Operations Manager, you will be the engine room of our clinical delivery model. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of our network lifecycle – from the initial setup of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), to matching of Physicians and APPs, to ensuring every provider is compliant, boarded, and operating within their contractual agreements.

You will lead a growing offshore team, ensuring our operating system for the clinical workforce runs with precision, scalability, and high quality, while collaborating closely with our Implementation and Provider Experience teams.

What you'll do

  • Match Setup & Prep: Oversee the daily tactical workflow of prepping APPs and their associated matches. You will ensure APPs are correctly set up for the matching process and maintain total data integrity – including billing configurations – within our systems from day one.
  • Clinical Matching & Logic: Optimize the placement of Physicians and APPs within our partner networks. You will ensure the right Physician is matched with the right Enterprise or APP, expertly balancing clinical needs with regulatory requirements.
  • Board Submission Management: Own the end-to-end board submission process, including terminations. You will ensure all regulatory requirements, state-specific mandates, and compliance items are met with 100% accuracy to mitigate risk.
  • Contractual & Collaborative Agreements: Manage the lifecycle of collaborative practice and medical director agreements. You will be responsible for the seamless sending, execution, and tracking of these agreements to ensure clinicians are legally and operationally ready to practice.
  • Offshore Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a dedicated offshore team. You will define their workflows, audit their outputs, and scale their capabilities as our network grows.
  • Process Optimization: You will constantly look for ways to automate manual tasks within the matching pipelines in order to increase efficiency.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider network management, or clinical workforce operations
  • Direct experience with provider credentialing, board submissions, or collaborative practice agreements
  • Familiarity with state-specific regulatory requirements governing APP and Physician practice
  • Experience managing remote or offshore teams, including workflow design and quality auditing
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity across complex operational systems - experience with credentialing platforms, EHRs, or practice management tools preferred
  • Strong process orientation - prior experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
  • Background in healthcare administration, business operations, or a related field preferred
