About the role

At Esatto, we offer quality sterile and non-sterile compounded medications for our patients. This position will be based at Esatto Pharma in Queen Creek or Mesa (we are hiring in both locations) and be focused on compounding. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to our patients and providers and we are looking for team members who will help us deliver on this commitment by compounding quality medications in a timely manner.

This role requires diligence, attention to detail, superior organization skills and a desire to delight our patients in every interaction while working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Compound non-sterile medications across a variety of dosage forms.
  • Complete appropriate documentation such as labels, log sheets, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Leverage pharmacy management software for efficient entry of prescription information and to provide updates to patients.
  • Assist in providing excellent customer service to patients and providers in person and by phone when required.
  • Fill prescriptions and prepare for pick up or shipment when required.
  • Process medication orders through point of sale system.
  • Participate in regular audits and inspections.
  • Participate in any department meeting and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Full Time: 40 hours per week
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Certified pharmacy technician in the state of Arizona
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Willing to undergo a background check and drug testing in advance of employment
  • Must be capable of using the appropriate personal protective equipment as required per procedure and medication handled.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Flexibility to fill-in at our other locations considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $22 - $25/hour based upon experience and capabilities

The pay range for this role is:

22 - 25 USD per hour (Queen Creek)
