We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting both internal teams and external clients.


Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Sales Support

  • Provide daily updates to Sales and PICs on sales performance.
  • Run and distribute daily inventory reports.
  • Enter and manage Prescriber agreements in Pioneer, Nutshell, and Teams.
  • Monitor the Doximity fax queue and ensure timely processing or forwarding of documents.
  • Support Sales by faxing documents and assisting with administrative tasks.

Customer Support

  • Generate and send credit card reports to practices as requested.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service issues, billing concerns, and provider agreements.
  • Follow up with offices to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide pricing, RX forms, and agreements upon request.

Compensation

  • $50,000 annual salary
  • Eligible for quarterly bonus


Experience

  • Compounding medications: 2 years (Preferred)


License/Certification:

  • Pharmacy Technician License (Preferred)
  • PTCB Certification (Preferred)
