About the Role:

eSkillz is looking for a Docebo Project Manager & Team Lead to enhance our Professional Services team. In this role, you will…  

  • Manage Docebo implementation and outsourced administration support projects. You will collaborate with other members throughout the project lifecycle to define and manage scope, lead execution, and ensure timely and quality delivery. You will also develop and maintain project schedules, track project progress, communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders, manage project resources, and drive efficiency for execution. You will manage a team of consultants supporting them with service delivery, operations, and overcoming roadblocks. The role is a virtual home position with occasional travel to onsite meetings at client location. 

What you'll do:

  • Provide project management services for implementation and ongoing system administration and optimization of the Docebo platform. 
  • Document project requirements, develop and maintain project schedules, track project progress, communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders, manage project resources, and drive efficiency for execution. 
  • Analyze, document, and propose potential process improvements to current internal processes. 
  • Assess prospective and existing clients’ Learning & Development needs; propose solutions to meet those requirements. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for projects and client accounts. 
  • Manage all phases of projects from start to finish. 
  • Provide clients with business process consulting in the areas of Human Capital Management. 
  • Help consultants facilitate requirements gathering, execution, and system launch. 
  • Maintain all necessary documentation across projects and programs and team operations. 
  • Analyze client’s configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements. 
  • Identify risks and define and execute mitigation solutions. 
  • Manage a team of consultants and analysts to develop, execute and complete assignments/tasks and meet client and company goals. 
  • Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each employee on the team and work on talent development with each employee. 
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members. 
  • Assess client needs and align team structure and assignments appropriately. 
  • Be responsible for removing obstacles for team members while promoting self-management and improving standards of work. 

What you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of project management experience with the Docebo platform. 
  • Knowledge of the Docebo platform. 
  • 2-3 years directly managing teams and providing performance feedback. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with the team inside and outside the organization. 
  • Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills. 
  • Experience managing project schedule, scope, resources, communication, and documentation. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project. 
  • Excellent ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Should be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance for this role. 
  • Must be in the United States.
