About the Role:
The Marketing Lead, Creative & Growth is responsible for shaping and executing the content strategy across the entire portfolio with a strong focus on driving sustainable e-commerce growth. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring the brand’s identity and vision is reflected in all touchpoints with the consumer and contribute to the success of a BU consisting of a diverse range of brands. You will work closely with the Brand Manager(s) and the BU Director to translate brand identity and growth strategy into actionable, effective content campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring consumer insights and strategic brand objectives to life. You’ll be responsible for driving content initiatives from strategic planning to execution, with an emphasis on performance, consistency, and market relevance.
