Who You Are:

The Junior Brand Manager (JBM) holds a position of end-to-end ownership for a developing brand. You will act as a co-decider on strategy and long-term goals with the Brand Manager. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a brand's growth and serve as a proving ground for new tactics and strategy. While you operate with a high degree of authority and autonomy, you will receive validation from the Brand Manager, ensuring you have the support needed to succeed.


What You'll Do:

  • Holistic Brand Ownership: Takes full responsibility for a brand’s performance, with complete control over its P&L, sales, and profitability.
  • End-to-End Strategy: Co-defines the brand's roadmap and is responsible for its implementation, from initial data analysis to final execution.
  • Operational Management: Manages and optimizes all operational aspects of the brand on Amazon, DTC and Tiktok, including PPC strategy, listing optimization, inventory health, and fulfillment.
  • Project Leadership: Leads all brand-related projects and coordinates with cross-functional teams (Creative, Supply Chain, etc.) to achieve objectives. Expected to lead all brand-related meetings and present strategies.
  • Product Launch Management: This includes developing comprehensive launch strategies, coordinating the execution of campaigns with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance to inform future product decisions. You are responsible for ensuring all new products are introduced effectively and positioned for long-term success.


Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, with proven strategic and P&L management skills.
  • Advanced Excel & Google Sheets proficiency for complex financial and operational analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing a brand's P&L.
  • High proficiency in data analysis using tools like Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of e-commerce operations.

  • Global Mindset: The ability to lead a brand's expansion into international markets.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and public speaking skills to lead teams and present strategies.
