Senior Software Engineer

Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the development of our AI-driven platform. You'll build, break, and rebuild until we've cracked the code on healthcare's next big thing. We're looking for a renegade coder who can turn complex problems into elegant solutions. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.

Table Stakes: 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with software design patterns and architectures.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AI and machine learning.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
