• Read blueprints and schematics with precision
• Safely climb roofs, set ladders, and work in outdoor conditions
• Configure wiring, install batteries, and test system functionality
• Manage parts, inventory, and ensure every site is job-ready
• Keep safety front and center—OSHA compliance is a must
• Help maintain clean, professional job sites and vehicles
• For Tech II: Provide electrical support and advanced system installs

🧠 What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or GED
• The drive to learn and grow in the solar industry
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
• Physical stamina—able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs
• A commitment to safety and teamwork
• Bonus for Tech II: Electrical installation experience
