🌟 What You’ll Do:

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of the HR team, leading recruitment efforts and ensuring smooth, accurate payroll operations. You'll also have your hands in employee support, compliance, and culture—making you a go-to force behind our fast-growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles in operations, sales, field techs, and support
• Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and recruitment strategies
• Source talent via job boards, social media, and networking channels
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Process bi-weekly payroll and sales commissions with accuracy
• Support benefits administration and workers’ comp claims
• Handle payroll inquiries
• Assist with HR compliance and audits (OSHA, labor law, etc.)
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proven experience in admin, HR, recruiting, or payroll
• A resourceful, people-focused approach to solving problems
• The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with payroll systems and recruiting tools is a plus
