Director, Events
Eurasia Group and its media subsidiary GZERO Media convene Fortune 500 CEOs, heads of state, visionary thinkers, and researchers from around the world to discuss where the world is headed and what it means for societies, markets, economies, and industries. Through our world-class virtual and in-person conferences, live streams and roundtables, we offer a platform for meaningful exchange and thoughtful debate on pressing topics including climate change and environmental sustainability, health security, global trade, cybersecurity, and social justice.
Eurasia Group’s Events division is seeking a Director of Events to manage the group’s growing portfolio of events and content initiatives. The Events Director will lead the team, working closely with management to set the editorial and commercial strategy, collaborate with our clients on an ambitious series of initiatives, and oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and event execution.
The ideal applicant will have a strong background in events management, operations, and client relations with an exceptional track record of project-managing large-scale, complex initiatives. The ability to work under pressure, think critically, communicate effectively, and collaborate across multiple functions is also key.
This role will be based in New York City.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,000- $120,000
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
