About the Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Assembly Technician will play a crucial role in constructing cutting-edge EUV Metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry. We welcome applicants who excel in a dynamic startup setting, demonstrating the capability to effectively manage tasks across various projects concurrently.

Your Role

  • Assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts, including auxiliary equipment, utilizing appropriate tools and equipment in accordance with work instructions.
  • Adhere to work instructions, including production drawings, photos, notes, and verbal directions.
  • Perform product assembly operations on complex components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
  • Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing unpacking, component preparation, component installation, and assembly of units.
  • Work with engineering and other production staff regarding assembly of products.
  • Use advanced diagnostic test equipment and precision measuring devices, demonstrating technical proficiency; when necessary, fabricate new testing equipment to meet the specific requirements of components and systems.
  • Reads and interprets diagrams, engineering drawings, manuals, schematics, and work orders.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Must have basic knowledge and ability in interpreting engineering drawings and following assembly and finishing process
  • Comfort with using hand and power tools
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Familiarity with working in a cleanroom environment
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Qualifications (Bonus to Have)

  • Semiconductor experience is a plus
  • Vacuum system experience is a plus

Position Details

The hourly range for this full-time position is $30-$35 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the following factors: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
