About the Role


Work hours will be 10AM - 6PM Monday -Friday (onsite).


As the newest member of the Facilities Team, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of EUV Tech’s facilities by supporting general office, grounds, cleanrooms, warehouse and in-house utility services. The ideal candidate has basic understanding of facility utilities, can troubleshoot issues, install, or support the repair of smaller house systems, meet with subcontractors for small repairs and PM services. Candidates for this role provide excellent customer service to fellow employees, assisting with basic installations, handyman services, and building maintenance.


Candidates should be self-motivated, resourceful, curious, proactive and adaptable. They can identify problems, provide solutions and work in a team-oriented environment. This employee should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, punctually, and reliably. Time-management skills are essential for this role.

Reporting Line

This positions reports to the Facility and EHS Manager.

Your Role

  • Provide general facility support including maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse areas, cleanrooms, common areas, and grounds.
  • Complete Facilities tickets for general unplanned maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform hands-on work including:
  • Assist with installation of small equipment such as portable chillers, vacuum pumps, etc.
  • Assemble, install, or move furniture, or other equipment.
  • Install and rotate gas cylinders.
  • Inspect safety equipment for location and functionality.
  • Assist with site visits from vendors and specialty contractors such as pest control, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Provide back up support for cleanroom supplies
  • Conducts work with timely communication, efficient coordination, and minimal disruption.
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications (Required)

  • Education: High School Diploma, trade/technical certifications, or associate's degree in mechanical engineering, facility management, facility engineering, engineering technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a commercial facility.
  • Ability to use a variety of hand tools safely.
  • Willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed, regardless of the task.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and collaborative work style.
  • Strong ownership and proactive problem anticipation and resolution.
  • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods at a given time; reach, grasping, climb (ladders & elevated areas at times), kneel, bend, push and/or pull, and at times lift objects as heavy as 50lbs required.
  • California Driver’s License in good standing.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite or Office 365 including email, calendar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications (Bonus to Have)

  • General hands-on knowledge of construction trades.
  • Ability to follow engineering specifications and statements of work for a wide range of facility related projects.
  • Knowledge of architectural designs, building codes, and blueprints.
  • Experience with cleanroom, small manufacturing, or GMP facilities.
  • Experience supporting the semiconductor or tooling industry.
  • Forklift and scissor lift certification, or willingness to become certified, is preferred.
  • Experience with hoists and cranes.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with the JIRA ticketing system.

Position Details

The base hourly range for this full-time position is $30-$35/hour + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the following factors: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
