Job Overview:
Eva NYC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, data management, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will contribute to high-impact projects that support our company’s agility, data accuracy, and product development efforts.
Location: Brooklyn, NY (hybrid/remote)
Salary: $16 per hour
Responsibilities:
RFQ Template Development for Contract Manufacturers
- Project: Create an updated Request for Quotation (RFQ) template
- Impact: Speeds up the quoting and re-quoting process to support agile decision-making and pricing negotiations
- Learning Opportunity: Gain exposure to the quoting and negotiation process and learn how to assess cost drivers including raw materials, production expenses, and MOQs
Data Integrity Confirmations in NetSuite
- Project: Validate and ensure accurate data transfer from RFQs and packaging specifications into our ERP system (NetSuite)
- Impact: Promotes consistent, reliable data usage across departments
- Learning Opportunity: Hands-on experience with ERP systems, data validation practices, and cross-functional system workflows
Product Launch & Reformulation Tracker Management
- Responsibility: Maintain pricing, formula numbers, and submission/feedback timelines for new and reformulated products
- Impact: Improves procurement’s ability to monitor vendor performance and identify cost drivers
- Learning Opportunity: Develop project coordination, data analysis, and vendor communication skills, with exposure to R&D and Operations collaboration
Bill of Materials (BOM) Management
- Responsibility: Keep the Master Product List file accurate and up to date, including all BOMs
- Impact: Enhances operational efficiency and reduces risks related to incorrect part numbers during planning and purchasing

Packaging Sample Coordination

Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field

- Able to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and with external vendors
