Our Operations Coordinator

Is primarily responsible for supporting the overall project process for EverCharge’s Enterprise salespeople and customers. Tasks include, but are not limited to, pre-sales activities, post-sales activities, permitting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Receives incoming quote requests from internal, cross-functional teams and/or with residents/property managers.

  • Partners with existing third-party electricians and/or the internal installation team to schedule timely site visits and/or obtain installation quotes.

  • Sources new electricians in new markets, as needed/directed.

  • Enters detailed and accurate quote information into NetSuite, clearly defining the scope of work to ensure the sales team is provided with as much information as possible.

  • Works with salespeople and enterprise customers to deploy EVSE.

  • Partners with existing third-party electricians and/or the internal installation team to schedule installations/hardware shipments.

  • Responsible for sending out necessary alerts/emails to building staff, residents, etc., about scheduling and other details.

  • Verifies that all necessary inspections have been scheduled and finalized by the internal installation team or 3rd party electricians.

  • Fulfills NetSuite sales orders for installation services once all installation services are completed.

  • Obtains clear scope of work and supporting documentation from the Construction Project Manager and submits to the drafter to create electrical drawings.

  • Submits necessary documentation to the respective city for permit approval within the required time frame(s); monitors continuously for correction needs and maintains continuous communication with the drafter and PM to ensure timely completion of approval(s).

  • Promptly informs the CPM of all approvals to proceed with the scheduling and execution of installations.

  • Defines, schedules, and accurately estimates the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic project schedule and milestones; tracks progress against planned schedule and communicates status often.

  • Manages customer and property management’s expectations so that project change and its impact are recognized early.

  • Engages confidently and professionally with PMs, Engineers, Operations, and Sales teams to convey relevant information at relevant times.

  • Monitors and summarizes progress, providing routine status reports to PMs and Sales; promptly updates constituents when changes occur.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree with a technical or scientific field of study or 4+ years of related professional experience in the EV, Solar, Financial, and/or Energy Sector.
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to comfortably speak to utilities and customers as needed, including 3rd-party station owners and investment partners.
  • Ability to learn quickly, with the desire and initiative to attain knowledge beneficial to improving performance and/or gaining knowledge.

  • Solution-focused and able to apply reasonable logic to troubleshoot and resolve issues or make recommendations to appropriate personnel regarding PM-related processes.

Preferred

  • NetSuite experience. 

  • Project management experience.

Job Title and Compensation:
  • The base salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 based on full-time employment. 
  • Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
