EverCharge is a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging devices and management systems and provides hardware and software EV charging solutions for fleets, multi-unit, and single-family homes. Our turnkey offerings are designed to utilize existing infrastructure to scale EV charging at the lowest cost. EverCharge’s load-balancing SmartPower technology maximizes the number of electric vehicles that can charge at once and eliminates barriers, such as data connectivity. 

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, EverCharge operates a factory in Hayward, CA, which supplies EVSEs for its customers across North America.

Our Vice President of Operations 

Will have a strong background in construction, project management, and revenue forecasting to oversee our company's operational activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, optimizing operational processes, and forecasting revenue to support company objectives.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operational activities, including construction project management, revenue forecasting, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor the operational team to ensure high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive revenue forecasting models for construction projects.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership on operational performance, project status, and key metrics.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key liaison between operational functions and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing construction/installation and project management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational management

Job Title and Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $300,000, based on full-time employment. 
  • Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
