About the Role

Job Overview:

As a Customer Adoption Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving product adoption and ensuring customers realize the full value of our solutions. You will work closely with new customers post-onboarding, guiding them through the adoption phase to maximize engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This role requires a strategic and customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Product Adoption and Value Realization: Proactively guide customers through the adoption phase, ensuring they understand and effectively use core features to achieve their business objectives and maximize product value.
  • Customer Education and Enablement: Become a product expert and advocate, effectively communicating the value of new features and products. Deliver impactful educational resources, including one-on-one tutorials, webinars, and training sessions tailored to customer needs.
  • Strategic Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their goals, challenges, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with product capabilities.
  • Customer Feedback Loop and Advocacy: Actively collect, analyze, and share customer feedback with Product and Marketing teams to influence product enhancements. Identify potential advocates to support customer community growth and case studies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, consistent messaging, and strategic feature adoption initiatives.
  • Automated and Scalable Engagement: Design and implement automated email sequences, in-app messaging, and engagement playbooks to drive proactive communication and personalized outreach based on customer behavior and product usage.
  • Usage Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze product usage data to identify adoption trends, gaps, and opportunities. Develop actionable insights to optimize user experience and enhance product engagement.
  • Success Metrics and Performance Reporting: Track and report on key adoption metrics such as activation rates, feature utilization, customer health scores, and engagement levels. Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

Compensation Range

  • Base: $80,000 - $90,000
  • Bonus: 25% of Base
  • Equity: 2,500 Share
