The Company
Everflow is a SaaS Partner Marketing platform for managing and scaling revenue from affiliates, partnerships, and marketing channels.
Founded in 2016 by industry veterans, we have a team distributed across the NAM and EMEA regions.
We’re a bootstrapped and profitable company (over $29M ARR) that has grown through supporting happy customers that refer business to us and create word-of-mouth excitement. We’re the go-to platform for brands, agencies, and networks, with 1,100+ customers including top brands, agencies and networks.
About the role
We are looking for a highly organized IT & Security Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between technical administration and organizational policy. You will own the "User Lifecycle" and serve as the architect of our internal security procedures. This role is responsible for ensuring our primary communication and HRIS platforms are hardened, our hardware fleet is secure, and our vendor relationships are vetted through a rigorous security lens.
What you'll do
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Own the end-to-end "Joiner-Mover-Leaver" process. Automate user provisioning across our core SaaS stack to ensure day-one readiness and secure, immediate offboarding.
- SaaS Governance & Security: Draft and implement security procedures for our primary productivity suite (including DLP, third-party app permissions, and advanced authentication protocols).
- Endpoint & Device Management: Manage the company’s hardware fleet using modern MDM solutions. Enforce security standards, including disk encryption, OS patch management, and remote-wipe capabilities.
- Third-Party Risk Management: Audit and secure integrations between external apps and our core environment. Identify "Shadow IT" and maintain an inventory of approved business tools.
- Procurement & RFP Management: Lead the technical drafting and evaluation of RFPs for new internal systems. Ensure all prospective vendors meet Everflow’s security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2).
- Security Documentation: Author and maintain official Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including Acceptable Use Policies, Hardware Lifecycles, and Access Control logs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years in IT Systems Administration, Security Operations, or a similar technical-compliance role within the SaaS industry.
- SaaS Expertise: Advanced experience managing enterprise-grade productivity suites and integrated HRIS/IT automation platforms.
- Systems Hardening: Proven track record of configuring security settings for cloud-based tools to meet industry-standard compliance frameworks.
- Technical Writing: Strong ability to draft professional RFPs, security checklists, and internal policy documentation.
- Project Management: Experience managing vendor evaluations and migrating data or users between business systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (French and English required) with the ability to explain technical security requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 CAD
