We’re a bootstrapped company (over $24M ARR) that has grown through supporting happy customers that refer business to us and create word-of-mouth excitement. We’re the go-to platform for brands, agencies, and networks, with 1,000+ customers including Mutual of Omaha, ClassPass, and Tapjoy.
Customer Success relies on the quality and effectiveness of a CSM’s client interaction. Strong communication between team members, the organization and most importantly to clients encompass the traits a CSM needs in order to be successful. Situational understanding, out of the box thinking and solution seeking are a few key elements that represent qualities in a CSM at Everflow.
This role is based in our Amsterdam office. The position follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of working in-office at least two days per week.
