About the role

The Lead Product Manager is responsible for helping shape Evidation’s product strategy and offerings. The role will own roadmap planning, including close-partnership with engineering, design, and commercial teams for defining and prioritizing key features and offerings. Keys to success include strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience working with personal health data, notably wearables and EHR data.

What you'll do

  • Define and Prioritize Roadmaps: Establish and define product priorities, including supporting roadmap that is aligned with north star metrics and OKRs. Ensure cross-company roadmap awareness, including the curation of feedback and new ideas.
  • Execute with Excellence: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Delivery leads to deliver well-designed, impactful features and products – on time and with measurable impact. Support Delivery and customer-facing teams through product documentation and supporting customer requests.
  • Advance Data-Driven Health Insights: Shape how Evidation collects, integrates, and applies multimodal health data (including wearables, EHR, and self-reported sources) to support both rigorous research use cases and the development of individualized health insights that empower users and partners alike.
  • Champion User-Centric Thinking: Inform the organization’s understanding of user and customer needs through continuous discovery, research synthesis, and evidence-based insight. Oversee design and partner to co-create UX flows, wireframes, and UI for key features.
  • Drive Commercial Alignment: Serve as a critical link between product development and go-to-market execution, informing roadmap decisions with customer intelligence, including representing product capabilities externally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Design, with a proven record of driving strategy and execution for complex, multi-stakeholder products.
  • Demonstrated expertise with health-related data and technologies, including wearables, sensors, and electronic health records (EHRs).
  • Background in consumer-oriented health technology environments, ideally in organizations building products that bridge research-grade rigor with engaging user experiences.
  • Strong executive presence and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with strategic customers and presenting to senior cross-functional and external audiences.
  • Deep technical fluency, including systems-level thinking, experience collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams, and the ability to translate technical complexity into product strategy and design decisions.
  • AI-driven proficiency, with hands-on experience leveraging AI capabilities to enhance product development cycles, including creation of requirements, designs, and documentation. Additionally, experience leveraging machine learning, predictive modeling, or generative AI capabilities to enhance product functionality and capabilities is preferred.
