We are a growing software company based in Vancouver, WA with a cloud SaaS solution. We're currently the top business software in the Pool, Hot Tub, and Hearth industries - and looking to grow beyond that in the years to come.


Here’s a snapshot of what we want you to do:


The Client Services & Automation Coordinator provides critical administrative and client-facing support to the Financial Services team. This role is responsible for accurately entering client data into various systems, following up on outstanding items needed to complete applications or account setups, and assisting with daily operational tasks. The coordinator will also leverage AI-powered tools to enhance data accuracy, streamline workflows, and support decision-making processes. While prior merchant services experience is not required, this position offers a clear growth path into a Financial Services Specialist role for individuals who demonstrate initiative and aptitude.


Here’s the stuff we expect you to be doing day to day:

  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry across multiple internal systems.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to automate data entry with AI. Create written recommendations for AI solutions to the Director of Financial Services with cost benefit analysis.
  • Follow up with clients to collect required documentation or clarify missing information.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Track and manage client-facing tasks to ensure timely and thorough completion of assigned items.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Services team to support onboarding, application processing, and account updates.
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to support future advancement within the department.

Plus these Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a data entry, administrative, or customer support roll
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • General comfort with technology using online platforms, spreadsheets, databases, email, AI and other office software tools

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Familiarity with financial services, payment systems, or client onboarding processes
  • Interest in developing a career in financial or merchant services
  • Experience in retail, service, or construction industries is a plus

Here’s where you’ll hang out:


This position works in a hybrid work environment and has the option to work at the office, remote, or a combination of both. However, there will be occasions when your presence at the office is vital. From physical inventory counts to hardware deployment, or other tasks that can only be performed in the office. 


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:


This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.
