We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to help plan, organise, and deliver both in-person and virtual events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every campaign and event runs smoothly, aligns with business goals, and leaves a lasting impression on prospects and customers.

What You'll Do
Field & Event Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of field marketing activities such as trade shows, customer forums, and partner events.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, shipping, and booth setup.
- Maintain and update the event calendar to ensure key deadlines and milestones are met.
- Track event budgets and expenses, ensuring activities stay within approved guidelines.
- Manage event inventory and coordinate the purchase and shipment of branded materials.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and a positive attendee experience.
- Collect and analyse post-event data, feedback, and performance metrics to measure ROI and optimise future activity.
Virtual Event Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of webinars and virtual events designed to educate and engage audiences.
- Coordinate schedules, speakers, and pre-event materials such as invites, agendas, and promotional assets.
- Provide technical and logistical support to speakers and attendees before and during events.
- Manage registration processes, monitor sign-ups, and track engagement metrics.
- Support live engagement through polls, Q&A sessions, and chat moderation.
- Lead post-event follow-ups including thank-you emails, recordings, and feedback surveys.
Marketing Campaign & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure event and campaign activity aligns with regional goals and supports pipeline generation.
- Assist in executing localised marketing campaigns, including email programs, social media promotions, and paid media.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as event collateral, presentations, and giveaways.
- Maintain accurate event data and reporting in CRM and marketing platforms.
- Support lead tracking and ensure timely follow-up activities in collaboration with the sales team.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in planning and organising events, or a related role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ON24 is a plus.)
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn within a growing marketing team.
