The Role

The Vice President of Sales - EMEA is accountable for the region's new business strategy and performance. This role translates Evotix's growth priorities into a focused go-to-market plan, clear operating rhythms and consistent execution across EMEA.

You will lead and develop the EMEA sales organisation, partnering closely with Business Development and Marketing to build pipeline, improve conversion and win the right customers.

Success will be measured through sustainable revenue growth, forecast accuracy, sales productivity and the strength of the regional team.

What You'll Do

Set EMEA Sales Strategy

  • Own and execute the EMEA sales strategy in line with company goals, target markets and customer needs.
  • Turn regional priorities into clear coverage, capacity, territory and account plans.
  • Use market, customer and performance insight to focus investment and adapt the regional approach.
  • Provide the CEO and leadership team with clear recommendations on growth opportunities, risks and trade-offs.

Deliver Predictable Revenue Growth

  • Take accountability for EMEA new business performance and agreed revenue outcomes.
  • Set clear targets and leading indicators, reviewing progress regularly and acting early where performance is off track.
  • Build disciplined opportunity management and deal review practices that improve conversion and sales cycle effectiveness.
  • Maintain a credible forecast based on evidence, customer progress and well-defined next steps.
  • Partner with Marketing and BDR leadership to create sufficient, high-quality pipeline across priority segments and territories.

Lead and Develop the Sales Organisation

  • Build a high-performing, inclusive EMEA sales organisation with clear roles, expectations and accountability.
  • Coach sales leaders and individual contributors to improve commercial judgement, customer engagement and execution.
  • Make effective hiring, onboarding, performance and succession decisions in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Create a consistent operating cadence for one-to-ones, pipeline reviews, forecasting, coaching and performance management.
  • Foster a culture aligned with Evotix's ELITE principles: Excellence, Leadership, Impact, Trust and Empowerment.

Strengthen Go-to-Market Alignment

  • Align Sales, BDRs and Marketing around target customers, messaging, campaigns, qualification and handover points.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure customer feedback and market insight shape go-to-market decisions.
  • Establish clear ownership and service expectations across the revenue funnel, resolving barriers to execution quickly.
  • Represent EMEA sales priorities in company planning and communicate decisions clearly to the regional team.

Build Strategic Customer and Market Relationships

  • Act as an executive sponsor for strategic opportunities and customer relationships where senior involvement adds value.
  • Support the team on complex negotiations while maintaining commercial discipline and long-term customer value.
  • Develop a strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, buyer priorities and competitive positioning.
  • Represent Evotix credibly with customers, partners and relevant market communities.

What You Bring

Essential

  • Senior sales leadership experience with accountability for regional or multi-market revenue performance in B2B software or SaaS.
  • Evidence of building and executing a sales strategy that delivered sustainable growth and improved commercial performance.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing sales leaders and teams across different EMEA markets.
  • Strong command of forecasting, pipeline management, sales methodology and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with BDR and Marketing teams to build pipeline and improve go-to-market execution.
  • Commercial judgement and executive presence, with the ability to lead complex customer conversations and negotiations.
  • Clear, evidence-based communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and make decisions.
  • Ability to lead effectively in a remote, international environment and travel within EMEA when business needs require it.

Desirable

  • Experience selling enterprise software into regulated, operationally complex or safety-critical organisations.
  • Knowledge of EHS, ESG, risk or compliance technology markets.
  • Experience scaling a sales organisation through a period of change or growth.
