We’re looking for a Customer & Partner Marketing Specialist to lead global customer engagement and partner marketing programs while supporting regional campaigns and marketing activities. You’ll bring strategy and execution together — ensuring every customer and partner program delivers measurable impact and every regional event runs seamlessly.

What You'll Do
Customer Marketing
- Develop and deliver customer advocacy programs, including testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
- Support and execute customer engagement campaigns, such as newsletters, webinars, and retention initiatives.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify and activate customer advocates for events, speaking opportunities, and marketing content.
Partner Marketing
- Plan and execute joint partner marketing initiatives, including campaigns, webinars, and co-branded materials.
- Collaborate with the enablement to support partner enablement and demand generation efforts.
- Manage the creation and distribution of partner communications and success stories.
- Track and report on partner campaign performance, ensuring alignment with global KPIs.
Events & Regional Marketing
- Represent Evotix at regional events — ensuring exceptional on-site execution, brand consistency, and attendee experience.
- Help support coordinating event logistics, including booth management, materials, and local vendor coordination.
- Support regional sales and with localized campaign delivery, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global teams (Field, Customer, Partner, Product Marketing, Design, and Sales) to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience.
- Support creative development and collaborate with the in-house designer to ensure high-quality output.
- Assist in tracking performance and gathering data to inform continuous improvement across programs.
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to customer, partner, or field marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams and regions.
- Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a global marketing team.
