Are you detail-oriented, curious, and motivated by solving problems that matter? At Evotix, we’re looking for a Managed Application Services Consultant to help clients get the most from their EHS software.


In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our applications, troubleshoot issues, and configure solutions to fit customer needs. You’ll collaborate with both clients and internal teams to optimise performance, ensure smooth functionality, and deliver an outstanding experience throughout the customer journey.

What You'll Do

  • As an Application Services Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating directly with customers to provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
  • Working closely with Customer Success Manager / Customer Development Manager teams to ensure the customer is getting what has been agreed.
  • Communicating technical concepts clearly to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction. 
  • Optimising existing solutions to enhance customer success.
  • Setting up and customizing analytical reports to meet customer requirements.
  • Balancing independent work with team collaboration to achieve the best results.
  • Managing and prioritising customer concerns and escalating them when necessary to ensure resolution. 


What You Bring

  • Experience in SQL & Java
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A highly analytical mindset to solve complex problems.
  • Proven technical expertise in relevant areas.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence to ask questions and seek guidance when needed to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.

Interview Process

  • Predictive Index (PI) assessment: A behavioural and cognitive assessment designed to better understand your working style and how you approach problem-solving.
  • Hiring Manager interview: A role-focused discussion exploring your experience, skills, and how you approach real-world scenarios relevant to the role.
  • Final interview: A conversation with key stakeholders to dive deeper into collaboration, alignment, and mutual fit.
  • Offer: If successful, we’ll move quickly to share an offer and next steps.
