Overview

Attract exceptional talent. Shape an outstanding employee experience.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract, leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new employees. As the sole talent partner within the business, you’ll manage all aspects of recruitment — from workforce planning and role scoping to sourcing, selection, and offer management.

You’ll step into a mature, well-documented recruitment function built on structure and have the autonomy to keep improving it. You’ll work with supportive leaders, own global hiring, and directly shape how Evotix attracts and retains incredible talent.

What You'll Do

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across all Evotix locations (UK, US, AUS, NZ) and partner with external agencies when necessary.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define success profiles, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring criteria.
  • Lead intake meetings, advise on market trends, and ensure equitable and structured hiring processes.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, while effectively managing and assessing inbound applications to build strong, diverse pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — influencing, coaching, and ensuring recruitment best practices are followed consistently to deliver a fair and efficient process.
  • Maintain high candidate engagement and offer acceptance rates through transparent communication and authentic representation of Evotix’s culture.
  • Own ATS management, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate the onboarding experience for new hires across all Evotix locations, partnering with IT, People Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure systems, equipment, and access are prepared for Day 1.
  • Manage the full background check process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding guides, welcome packs, and role-specific checklists to standardise the process and enhance new hire engagement.
  • Collect and act on feedback from new hires through regular check-in calls, to continuously improve their onboarding experience.

Analytics & Data Tracking

  • Maintain the existing TA Dashboard, reporting on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, interview-to-offer ratios, offer acceptance rates, and candidate experience scores.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team on headcount forecasting and recruitment data reconciliation, ensuring alignment between TA reporting and budget.
  • Prepare and present monthly TA reports for SLT, Finance, and the Board, highlighting key recruitment metrics and trends.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably from an agency background.
  • Strong network of early careers talents, especially in sales.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Copilot, and other recruitment tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
