Position Overview


Position Overview The Compliance Product Team serves as the innovation and infrastructure arm of the Compliance Department. This team is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, compliant systems, tools, and workflows that ensure regulatory alignment while enabling operational efficiency across all business lines.


By combining compliance expertise with product development principles, the team transforms manual compliance processes into intelligent, automated, and auditable solutions that support Medicare, ACA, and multi-line sales operations.


Core Functions

  • Product Design & Development:

· Build compliance-focused tools, dashboards, and system workflows that automate monitoring, reporting, and risk management.

  • Systems Integration:

· Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to integrate compliance standards and data into existing CRMs, QA tools, and enrollment platforms.

  • Compliance Architecture:

· Design frameworks that ensure all systems maintain alignment with CMS, HIPAA, and TCPA requirements while supporting real-time audit readiness.

  • Innovation & Research:

· Evaluate new technologies (AI, automation, analytics) that can enhance compliance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, QA, and Operations to embed compliance checkpoints into the product lifecycle.


  • Quality & Testing:

· Lead validation and UAT processes to ensure compliance rules, data privacy, and security are

maintained in every release.


Key Roles Within the Team

  • Compliance Product Manager: Owns roadmap and product lifecycle; ensures regulatory alignment in all development phases.
  • Compliance Systems Analyst: Maps processes, defines requirements, and translates compliance needs into system functionality.
  • Compliance Integration Engineer: Manages platform integrations, API configurations, and data flow between compliance and business systems.
  • Compliance QA & UX Specialist: Designs user-friendly interfaces and ensures compliance workflows are accessible, accurate, and intuitive.
  • Compliance Data Architect (optional): Builds data models, compliance analytics dashboards, and audit-trace reporting structures.


Core Competencies

  • Deep understanding of CMS, HIPAA, TCPA, and state-level regulations.
  • Product management or systems design experience (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, QA, and ticketing systems (e.g., Connex, EnrollHere, Athena AI, Jira, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex compliance rules into actionable system requirements.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance regulatory precision with operational flexibility.
