The Sales Support Specialist also sells at manager-level expectations while gaining hands-on leadership experience.

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Managers, including but not limited to managing reporting, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Support team sales production through pipeline monitoring, enrollment oversight, and process coordination.

  • Proven Production Performance, with documented achievement of sales goals, enrollment targets, and quality standards.
  • Working Knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Requirements, including required disclosures, documentation standards, compliant communication practices, and audit-readiness expectations.
  • Understanding of Carrier-Specific Requirements, including contracting, Ready-to-Sell (RTS) status, application submission standards, and enrollment processing expectations.
  • Leadership Readiness and Coaching Capability, including the ability to provide structured feedback, conduct call reviews, and support agent performance improvement.
  • Operational Discipline, including experience managing dashboards, production metrics, CRM systems, and structured workflow processes.
  • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver clear expectations, reinforce compliance standards, and provide professional coaching.
  • Professional Judgment and Accountability, with the ability to identify performance gaps, compliance risks, and operational inefficiencies and escalate appropriately.
