About the role

This is a remote role, and candidates must be located in Ohio. Travel is required for local team meetups, industry conferences, and company summits throughout the year.

Are you good at building relationships and analyzing information? Do you thrive in roles where you can own the outcome? Are you able to vet new opportunities and determine whether they will drive positive, compliant growth?

In this position, you'll vet, onboard, and manage a portfolio of business affiliates who place and sell traffic to us. Your primary goal is to ensure affiliates follow industry best practices, drive compliant, high-quality traffic, and continuously improve performance. By creating real value and transparency, you'll build partner trust and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This role is about complete ownership. When affiliate performance grows, you help scale it. When quality or compliance issues arise, you address them decisively. You’ll manage partners end-to-end — from onboarding and integration to monitoring, optimization, and enforcement of standards. Strong judgment, comfort with data, and a bias toward action are essential.

  • Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Compliance, Tech, and Affiliate teams to resolve issues and scale high-performing partners.
