About the role

As Director of Home Insurance, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and scaling our home insurance vertical. You’ll own the full revenue lifecycle—from supply partnerships to monetization strategies to performance optimization—while collaborating cross-functionally to grow this line of business into a market leader.


You’ll work closely with channel partners, internal media and analytics teams, and executive leadership to grow revenue, improve margins, and ensure operational excellence. Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Channel Ownership - Own and scale the home insurance vertical, optimizing both traffic supply and demand-side partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth & Optimization - Drive growth through deep performance analysis, ongoing testing, and iterative improvement of KPIs.
  • Partner Management - Manage and expand relationships with insurance carriers, brokers and agencies. Lead regular performance reviews and align on revenue goals.
  • Team Collaboration - Collaborate with media buyers, engineers, product managers, and analytics teams to improve conversion flows, lead quality, and site UX.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Monitor daily and weekly metrics across the vertical, identify trends, troubleshoot drops, and propose high-impact solutions.
  • Leadership & Reporting - Present business updates and revenue projections to the VP of P&C.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing, digital lead generation, or consumer acquisition—preferably in the home insurance space.
  • Deep understanding of carrier goals, underwriting guidelines, and monetization levers in home insurance.
  • Track record of owning and scaling a channel with meaningful revenue targets.
  • Exceptional analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets); able to slice data, build models, and generate insights quickly.
  • Strong project management and communication skills; able to lead initiatives across teams and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments with high accountability.

  • Reports to: Vice President of Property & Casualty

Compensation mix

  • Fixed base salary

The pay range for this role is:

132,400 - 165,600 USD per year (US)
