About the role
EXP Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Analyst for our 12:00 PM shift at our New Jersey facility. This role keeps the shipping office running — entering orders, preparing driver paperwork, fielding driver calls, invoicing, and making sure nothing carries over to the next shift. It is a fast-paced, detail-driven position at the center of our daily operation.
What You'll Do
- Enter orders as they come in, accurately and in a timely manner, staying current throughout the shift
- Prepare paperwork for all drivers, including market and road pickups — organized, accurate, and ready before the driver departs
- Answer incoming driver calls and log each one in Excel; handle time-sensitive issues directly rather than placing calls on hold
- Invoice all BOLs and process all returns before end of shift — the basket is empty at clock-out
- Create market purchase orders accurately and on time, with all items and quantities verified
- Work pick tickets with market items, catching and adding any missing prices before finalizing
- Send weekly QC reports for in-house inspections.
What We're Looking For
- Prior shipping/receiving, logistics office, or data entry experience preferred; produce or perishables a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning order entry/ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail — accurate paperwork, pricing, and invoicing are the core of this role
- Clear phone communication and ability to handle a high volume of driver calls
- Reliable, organized, and able to complete all daily work before end of shift
- Monday- Saturday work week.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Authorization to work in the United States.
The pay range for this role is:
1,100 - 1,300 USD per week (NJ)
